Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Operate hotel management software (PMS) to process reservations, modifications, and billing accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle cash handling, credit card transactions, and petty cash management with strict accuracy.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
