Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments and explaining hotel amenities.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails with clarity and courtesy.
- Manage guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and directions.
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
