Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all visitors and guests upon arrival.
- Check-In and Check-Out: Efficiently manage the registration process, including handling payments, issuing room keys, and verifying identification.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure a memorable and comfortable stay.
- Communication: Answer phone calls professionally, take accurate messages, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records in the Property Management System (PMS) and perform daily front desk filing and reporting.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to all hotel security protocols and safety regulations to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished telephone manner.
- Customer Focus: Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
