We are currently seeking a highly motivated and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team in Portland, Oregon.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their entire stay by delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel property management software.
- Handle all guest inquiries regarding local attractions, restaurant reservations, and transportation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process payments accurately and resolve any billing discrepancies or guest concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and amenities are stocked.
- Monitor building security systems and assist with key card access for guests and staff.
- Assist with concierge duties, including making dinner reservations and arranging transportation services.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel booking systems (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with guests quickly.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
