Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for VIP and corporate guests
- Handle reservations, billing inquiries, and guest requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Utilize Opera PMS for daily operations
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Pennsylvania food handler certification preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish a plus
