Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out processes, reservation management, and concierge support
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues efficiently using hotel systems
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure financial transaction records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams for seamless operations
- Upsell hotel amenities, packages, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to team performance goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in luxury hotel front desk or guest services role
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Texas Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record (for va/shuttle duties)
- Spanish language proficiency highly preferred
