Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service with warm, personalized interactions
- Efficiently manage check-in/check-out procedures using Opera PMS
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle reservations and room assignments strategically
- Act as primary point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
