Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out procedures and process payments accurately
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations via phone/email
- Provide local recommendations and assist with guest requests using concierge knowledge
- Operate property management systems (PMS) and maintain digital records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues promptly
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence and professional appearance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- 0-2 years customer service or hospitality experience (entry-level encouraged)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn PMS systems
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
