Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, checking them in and out with efficiency and a smile.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries regarding reservations, amenities, and local attractions.
- Process payments and handle cash, credit cards, and check transactions accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the front desk area in pristine condition, ensuring all lobby spaces are welcoming.
- Assist with concierge services and provide recommendations for dining and entertainment in Miami.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or guest services (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
