Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage all incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and faxes, with the highest level of professionalism.
- Utilize the Property Management System (PMS) to process reservations, room assignments, and guest folios accurately.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as mail distribution, wake-up calls, and concierge requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality or luxury hotel settings is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must present a professional appearance and possess a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
