Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm hospitality and efficiency
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Operate hotel management systems (Opera, Marriott Bonvoy) accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet services seamlessly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as local tourism ambassador, recommending attractions and dining
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience required
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail with financial transactions
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Basic knowledge of Milwaukee attractions preferred
