Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining personalized service standards
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain lobby security protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel front desk or customer service experience required
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid Minnesota hospitality service permit (or ability to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of Minneapolis attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
