Responsibilities
- Greet and register guests warmly, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage room keys and key card systems efficiently to ensure guest security.
- Monitor building security and safety protocols throughout the night shift.
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts and reviewing daily reports.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping to address late-arriving guest requests efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior hospitality experience is preferred.
- Previous experience as a front desk agent or night auditor is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (PMS) is an asset.
