Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth during overnight hours
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with housekeeping/security teams
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Prepare end-of-day reports and ensure lobby area remains pristine
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced overnight environments
- Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Valid Illinois driver's license (for valet duties)
