Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out guests with efficiency and a warm smile.
- Manage overnight front desk operations, including phone and email inquiries.
- Monitor building security and ensure guest safety throughout the night.
- Maintain the lobby and common areas to a pristine standard.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Assist with room service orders and wake-up calls.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a front desk role.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer proficiency (PMS systems preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently during quiet hours.
