Responsibilities
- Seamlessly manage guest check-ins/check-outs using Opera property management system
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency during overnight hours
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams for safety protocols
- Upsell premium amenities and dining experiences
- Execute emergency response procedures during night shifts
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or high-volume customer service experience
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Spanish fluency preferred)
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera/Marriott)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Nevada Gaming Board work card (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
