Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for overnight guests with precision and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor security protocols and manage access control during night hours
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Prepare end-of-night reports and manage guest room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in front desk or customer service role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid California driver's license (if required for errands)
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of LA area attractions and transportation
