As a Front Desk Agent on the night shift, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless, secure, and memorable. We offer a peaceful work environment, competitive pay, and excellent benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in registration and billing.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
- Security & Access: Monitor building security systems and access points to ensure the safety and privacy of all guests and staff.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or requests immediately and escalate complex issues to the Night Manager or Front Office Manager.
- Administrative Tasks: Process credit card payments, maintain accurate daily logs, and update guest profiles in our Property Management System (PMS).
- Facility Maintenance: Conduct regular patrols of the lobby, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and report maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, specifically Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and pay close attention to guest details.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
