Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours using Opera PMS
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
- Monitor security systems and access control protocols for guest safety
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and balance nightly reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for operational continuity
- Handle emergency situations following established procedures
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of San Antonio attractions and transportation
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
