Responsibilities
- Manage hotel check-in and check-out processes for late-night arrivals with efficiency and accuracy.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, responding to guest inquiries and requests.
- Monitor security cameras and patrol common areas to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Process payments and post charges to guest accounts using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Perform light cleaning duties in the lobby and front desk area to maintain a pristine environment.
- Handle guest complaints or issues calmly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or night audit is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently during night hours with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by the business.
