Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and efficiency
- Handle reservations, billing inquiries, and payment processing
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues
- Monitor security systems and maintain a safe hotel environment
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Perform nightly audits and prepare operational reports
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in property management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license (for shuttle duties if applicable)
- Basic knowledge of Jacksonville attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
