Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently using property management systems
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations
- Process cash/credit transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Prepare end-of-night reports and ensure proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby environment throughout shift
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish fluency preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
