Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest hygiene standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the property.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to the maintenance department.
- Ensure guest privacy and security by following door locking procedures.
- Follow all safety and sanitation regulations set by the hotel management.
- Provide exceptional service by greeting guests and responding to special requests.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we value attitude over experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Basic English language skills for effective communication.
