Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for VIP and standard guests with precision and warmth
- Handle complex reservation modifications and special requests using Opera PMS
- Resolve escalated guest issues with empathy and urgency while maintaining service standards
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and valet teams for seamless operations
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and reconcile daily transactions
- Execute upselling strategies for premium suites and amenities
- Maintain detailed incident reports and guest preference databases
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-volume hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Nevada Gaming Board work card (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Fluency in English; Spanish/Chinese Mandarin highly valued
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Las Vegas attractions and transportation
- Valid Nevada driver's license preferred
