Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with efficiency and professionalism
- Manage reservation systems, room assignments, and key issuance for overnight guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and urgency
- Monitor security protocols and access control for hotel premises during night shift
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent guest needs
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Generate daily reports and prepare the front desk for daytime operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience in a hotel setting
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during low-supervision hours
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
