Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally, managing check-ins with efficiency and a smile.
- Handle guest check-outs, process payments accurately, and answer inquiries regarding hotel services.
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine patrols of the property to ensure guest safety and security.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, providing information and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Assist with overnight housekeeping coordination and key management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and basic computer skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve during quiet periods.
