Responsibilities

  • Guest Relations: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests, manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and answer inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and services.
  • Communication Management: Manage incoming phone lines and emails promptly, ensuring accurate message taking and delivery to the appropriate departments.
  • Security & Access: Monitor building access points, verify guest credentials, and ensure the security and safety of the property during off-hours.
  • Lobby Management: Maintain a pristine, welcoming lobby environment, including organizing seating areas and managing the concierge desk.
  • Financial Accuracy: Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and manage the night audit procedures.
  • Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex issues to the General Manager when necessary.
  • Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate any maintenance or cleanliness issues to the appropriate departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or a related customer service role is preferred.
  • Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM), including weekends and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with guests.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor are mandatory to represent our brand standards.
