Responsibilities
- Guest Reception: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Check-in/Check-out: Process guest registrations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently using our property management system.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phone systems, respond to emails, and assist guests with inquiries regarding local area amenities and services.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate guest records, manage cash transactions, and handle deposits securely.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the reception area and security cameras to ensure the safety of the property and guests.
- Coordination: Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide comprehensive paid training.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
