Responsibilities
- Execute seamless check-in and check-out procedures for guests, ensuring a premium first impression.
- Monitor building security and access control systems to ensure the safety of all tenants and visitors.
- Manage incoming calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a pristine front lobby and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and administrative requests.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions accurately using the property management system.
- Perform light maintenance duties and restock supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hospitality experience is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
