Job Overview
The Front Desk Agent serves as the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless experience around the clock. You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, handling inquiries, and maintaining security protocols during our evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and payment details.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy.
- Process all transactions securely, including cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
- Monitor security cameras and manage access control systems to ensure building safety.
- Assist guests with local directions, dining recommendations, and special requests.
- Perform nightly security rounds and complete detailed reports on any incidents or maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a professional demeanor.
