Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through warm check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations using our PMS system (training provided)
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Promote resort amenities and local attractions to enhance guest stays
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, email, MS Office)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for occasional errands)
