Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes using hotel management software
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions accurately
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining departments to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
- Process mail, packages, and guest requests efficiently
- Uphold brand standards for safety, cleanliness, and service excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient in basic computer applications (email, MS Office)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn hospitality protocols
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts
- Valid California driver's license (preferred for errands)
- Previous customer service experience a plus but not required
