Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional welcome to all guests and visitors
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards and maintain a pristine front desk area
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
