Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel software
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and diplomatically
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Assist with reservations and room assignments

Qualifications
