Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and check-in/check out hotel guests with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests via our property management system
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure financial transactions
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using exceptional communication skills
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby area representing our brand standards
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
