Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and register guests with efficiency and professionalism
- Manage reservations, check-ins/check-outs using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces following health protocols
- Assist with concierge services and local area recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with basic computer applications
