Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails with a professional, polite, and friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations, update guest information, and process payments using the property management system.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities and policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is in top condition.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
