Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival with a professional demeanor.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately using our Property Management System.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly and politely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area at all times.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
- Process payments and manage petty cash transactions with strict attention to detail.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues to ensure a memorable stay experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to learn the hospitality business.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
