Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements promptly
- Operate hotel management software and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Process payments and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Support hotel loyalty program enrollment and promotions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Zero experience required – training provided
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
