Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel property management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments, maintain accurate cash handling procedures, and generate daily reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments for seamless operations
