Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, checking them in efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage the switchboard with professionalism.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs.
- Handle reservations and bookings for upcoming stays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliability and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
