Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival, setting the tone for their stay.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy in guest registration and payment handling.
- Guest Communication: Answer telephone calls and emails promptly, answering inquiries and resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Lobby Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby at all times.
- Information Dissemination: Provide guests with local information, directions, and recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Record Keeping: Accurately maintain guest logs, folios, and other administrative records.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary. We are looking for eager learners.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and the ability to learn hotel management software quickly.
