Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process.
- Answer and redirect incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
- Manage mail, packages, and correspondence for the organization.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale operations accurately.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with MS Office software.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
