Responsibilities
- Ensure all guest rooms, corridors, and public areas are meticulously cleaned and sanitized according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, dust furniture, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) in guest suites.
- Report any maintenance defects, safety hazards, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sort, fold, and store laundry according to strict quality control guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and respect for guest privacy at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and carry cleaning supplies.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
