Responsibilities
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel management system.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
- Handle cash transactions, credit card processing, and guest billing accurately.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Assist with luggage handling and providing local directions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate luggage.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
