Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via email and in person with professionalism.
- Handle cash transactions and process credit card payments accurately.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and concierge services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Resolve minor guest issues and escalate complex concerns to management immediately.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We value attitude over experience!
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with smartphones/tablets.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate luggage (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
