Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Reception Duties: manage the main reception desk, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct incoming calls with professional courtesy.
- Guest Assistance: provide information about local attractions, dining, and transportation to ensure a pleasant guest experience.
- Administrative Support: handle mail, packages, and daily correspondence in an organized manner.
- Lobby Maintenance: maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby area to uphold our high standards of presentation.
- Problem Solving: address guest inquiries and minor complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required. A strong desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and standard office software (e.g., MS Office, property management systems).
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
