Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, checking them in and out efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Manage the front desk area, including mail distribution and maintaining a tidy lobby.
- Process payments and reconcile daily transactions accurately.
- Assist with basic housekeeping coordination and general hotel operations as needed.
Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
