Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries with professionalism and speed.
- Manage the front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict attention to detail.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints in a calm and solution-oriented manner.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- No prior front desk experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software is a plus but not mandatory.
