Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests warmly upon arrival and departure with a friendly demeanor.
- Assisting guests with check-in, check-out procedures, and processing payments efficiently.
- Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area at all times.
- Resolving guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Managing the front desk software and handling reservations accurately.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
Qualifications
- No experience required: We are happy to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with hotel property management systems (training provided).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A professional appearance and personal hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
